THE FRIENDSHIP TIER: One of my favorite quotes are In establishing a friendship take the time to examine if you are mature enough for that persons immaturity. ~BNorvell How do I accomplish this? By designing the 4 Tiers for FRIENDSHIP. TIER 1: THE POST MAN - The postman deliver the package so he knows of you by delivering your mail, but really dont get to see or interacted with you personally (like the Facebook friends that watches your post but never respond). This friend has no psychological connection so its not damaging to the emotional mind if something happens between you. TIER 2: THE MILK MAN (Delivery Man)- Comes as close to the door but never get or stay. They are the one that not just know your name to deliver what you need but also having the opportunity to sometimes speak with you. TIER 3: THE PLUMBER - Get inside but is only allowed to interact were the interaction is needed. They can only get close to for a pacific aspect of your life. They are the special occasions friend. TIER 4: THE MAID - This person is the one that knows you from the INSIDE OUT. This is the one you trust to see your dirt your weakness and strength. This person know what you like, how you like it, and work with you hand in hand to see it achieved. This is who you trust that no matter what they see they will still hold on with integrity. These tiers were laid out to create my boundaries... If we dont set personal boundaries for our lives we will always complain of being miss treated. When I read about the walk of JESUS CHRIST I saw he also had his tiers when it came to his mission. Today take sometimes to build a tier (boundaries) placing the people in your life by the level of their maturity. Believe me you wont regret it. GOD-SPEED #Changingyoufromtheinsideout moment!
