THE NEED TO RE - ELECT HON. JOHN GAUL LEBO AS MHA, CROSS RIVER STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY IN 2015. Hon. John Gaul Lebo needs no further introduction as he has been able to carve a niche for himself within his peers, proffession & the business of Lawmaking. A learned gentleman with over 16 years call to bar. A very young, outstanding & vibrant lawmaker in the Cross River State House of Assembly where he represents Abi constituency. The CRSHA has passed into law the private memb......er bill sponsored by him. The bill established the CRS Counterpart fund law. The law will create a special account for the reserve funds annually of # 5 billion to be utilised as counterpart fund to attract development projects from local & Intl organisations. Each of d state agencies & 18 LGAs will now be authorised by d law to apply & draw down an amount not exceeding the % of their respective devt. projects from donor & devt. partners. The state & LGAs will each contribute 1% of their consolidated revenue. He also has anoda private member bill currently been considered. Hon. John Gaul Lebo has represented Abi & the entire state well in the aspect of service to God & humanity. Lets support his re -election bid in 2015. God bless u.
