THE ORIGIN OF THE GOVERNMENT Government originated in the Authority of a Father and a Mother under Patriarchal rule and sovereignty of Parents which of all sovereignties is the most just. That is to say the family is indeed a Government with its laws where a lawgiver or lawmaker is the Father. Then the families first business was farming which was indeed called Husbandry which took place on the foot of the mountains made enclosures of loose Wall and Works of defence in order to keep off wild beasts, thus creating single large and common habitation. Then the family grew to larger extend of many families each with its own laws. Every family likes its laws and dislikes laws of other families. Then this families becomes a Tribe. Tribes then select some Arbiters, who will review Laws of all of them and publicly approve to the Chiefs who lead the tribes. Who are in manner their Kings allowing them to choose which they think is the best . These persons will themselves called Legislators and will appoint the Magistrates, forming some sort of Aristocracy, or perhaps a Monarchy, out of the dynasties or Lordships, and in this altered state of the Government they will live. This First Government System was called LORDSHIP .
