THE THREE GS OF GREATNESS. Greatness has been wrongly defined and explained by many people. Even though it is more than we could physically measure, I will endeavor to explain it based on some facts. The life of a man doesnt consist of the abundance (material) things he has Greatness could be measured using various criteria some of which include finance, education, lifestyle, success, health, and other ones based on individuals choice of criteria. It is therefore of great importance to know some truths about greatness once God is interested in our progress (Psalms 71 v 21). It can therefore be seen as a joint effort of man and God to give us a befitting existence even after we are long gone. In other words, it is what I called existing. First G (God) There is virtually nothing a man can do or be without God. I should put it like this THE BEST ANYONE COULD HAVE DONE OR BECOME IS NOTHING WITHOUT GOD JHN 15 V 5. We are aware of John 6 v 33, and also ignorant of the truth in it. I dont accept your greatness if God is out of it. Before God built Abraham a great man, He had built his character. Abraham was great, Isaac was very great, but Jacob was exceedingly great. Imagine! They were built by God and were long lasting. 2nd G, (Gift) There is in every man a measure of gift in which God attached our greatness. Everyone is heavily loaded with gifts! Let me inform you that your gift is part of the key that opens the door to knowing you and effective usage of your gifts in other words, your gifts are tiny seeds full of potentials and possibilities . The way God sees your gifts is the way a farmer sees a seed! He trusts, plants, nurtures, committed, prunes, weeds, and waters it ( Proverbs 18 v 16). In every seed of a tree are other trees of its kind hidden. With me, the saying a tree cant make a forest doesnt apply. It only takes time. Law of multiplication! 3rd G- Giving Luke chapter 6 vs 38 I have never seen a man with greatness without giving. Giving is such important that the Bible says whatever we give comes back to us it is a law of the natural flow of wealth! The problem with many of us is stinginess; not only to others and God but also to ourselves. We have not always been faithful like Abraham and we want the same measure of greatness. How impossible! Many of us detest giving not knowing that through it comes greatness. If you cannot give to God, people, and sow in your future, you cannot see the future come to pass! Abraham offered his life, living, child, and all he had to God. Job knew what it was to surrender all. How much would you give? How much have you given? Give ( your complete life, resources) and you will be more than great. Do you want to be great? It starts and ends with Jesus Christ. Accept Him today, confess your sins, ask for forgiveness and forsake the sins
