THEME: FAITH (The Grace factor) Reading: Luke 17:6 And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you. Did you know that faith is not measured by amount but by Presence? I mean, the million dollar question when it comes to faith is not how much faith you have but If you have faith. Thats why Jesus says, If you have faith as small... Did you also know that you dont require more faith to heal terminal diseases than you need to heal common infections. I mean, the same faith you can use to heal a headache can be used to utterly destroy AIDS virus! Actually, sometimes we use more faith to deal with a headache than we use to cure cancer! Yeah, Ive seen myself using a lot of faith to get one hundred Kenya shillings and using very little faith to get thousands of the same currency! So, what determines how easily miracles happen?? Its something called GRACE. We can be agemates, classmates, workmates, even bed-mates ... But Grace is like a thumb-print, everybody ... Even twins have different ones. Its Grace that makes Nesh command terminal diseases out easily with little faith, while another servant with an even bigger faith can only command flu out easily. The good news is that Grace is not permanent! Those who diligently seek God are daily growing in Grace! Its only those who are not careful that remain stagnant in one level of Grace. But remember Grace is like a thumb-print, no one has one like the other. For example, some have un-imaginable Grace in matters of healing, yet you find them struggling financially! Some have Grace in matters of management, but none in leadership! Others have Grace in businesses, but very little in family matters! This is because GRACE IS SUPPOSED TO UNITE US MORE THAN IT IS SUPPOSED TO DIVIDE US! Grace is not supposed to make you feel self-sufficient, but give you the need to: 1. Need God 2. Need other body members. The hand can do many things, even wash the body. But however much it tries it cannot chew food! The mouth can chew but it needs the hand to bring the food to it! Today I wanted to challenge you to grow in Grace. By growing in Grace, you will need me more, the more I grow in Grace the more I need you. I need you in my life, I need you in my ministry, I need you close than ever. What you need is not more faith, what you need is more Grace. Because faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains, so why isnt your faith moving mountains? It is because, every time you try to transact with faith, your account says, insufficient Grace Heheheee ... Recharge your Grace my dear and with sufficient Grace, even with little faith, nothing will be impossible.
