THERE IS NO SIMILARITY BETWEEN CHRIST AND ANY OF THE MYTHS THAT - TopicsExpress

THERE IS NO SIMILARITY BETWEEN CHRIST AND ANY OF THE MYTHS THAT CAME BEFORE HIM. FOR YEARS WE HAVE BEEN TOLD BY PEOPLE LIKE CLARKE, BEN, KWESI, HAGINS AND THE REST THAT CHRIST IS A MYTH BASED UPON OTHER MYTHS. WHAT MOST OF US DONT KNOW IS THAT THEY HAVE RELIED UPONT THE PHILOSOPHIES OF WHITE EUROPEANS, MOST OF WHOM KNEW NOTHING OR VERY LITTLE ABOUT MYTHOLOGY AND FEW OF THE VERY PEOPLE THEY RELY UPON WERE EVER FORMALLY TRAINED ON THE SUBJECTS THAT THEY WROTE ABOUT AND BASED WHAT THEY WROTE UPON PHILOSOPHY AND NOT THE ACTUAL MYTHS THEMSELVES TO MAKE THIS COMPARISON. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT NOT ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO SAY THAT CHRIST IS BASED UPON MYTHS AND IS THEREFORE A MYTH HIMSELF, WILL EVER USE THE ACTUAL MYTH THAT THEY SAY COMPARES TO THE LIFE OF CHRIST. IN THIS NOTE I HAVE GATHERED TOGETHER THE LINKS FOR EACH OF THESE MYTHS SO THAT YOU CAN COMPARE FOR YOURSELVES WHAT THE ACTUAL MYTH SAYS AS OPPOSED TO SIMPLY BELIEVE WHAT YOU ARE BEING TOLD.ONE OF THE OBJECTIONS TO THIS EVIDENCE THAT YOU WILL RUN INTO WHEN USING IT, IS THAT IT RELIES UPON THE RESEARCH OF WHITE PEOPLE. THIS ARGUMENT IS LAUGHABLE BECAUSE ONE OF THE FORMOST TEACHERS OF THIS DOCTRINE, J. H. CLARKE ,ADMITTED TO DOING THE EXACT SAME THING.THE FOLLOWING IS A RESPONSE FROM CLARKE TO A 1992 NEW YORK TIME OP-ED ARTICLE BY HENRY LOUIS GATES JR. ENTITLED: BLACK DEMAGOGUES AND PSEUDO-SCHOLARS THESE ARE CLARKES OWN WORDS:In African history I am referring to scholars like Gerald Massey and his work, Egypt, Light of the World, (two volumes), The Book of the Beginnings, (two volumes) and Natural Genesis, (two volumes).I am also referring to Gerald Massey’s greatest English disciple, Albert Churchward, whose book, The Signs and Symbols of Primordial Man, asks for a reconsideration of the role of people outside of Europe and their role in human development.Your attention should also be called to the work, Anacalypsis, two volumes by Godfrey Higgins, published in 1837.It would help if Professor Gates would read a towering masterpiece in three volumes by James Fraser, The Folklore in the Old Testament and another contemporary book, Hebrew Myths, edited by Robert Graves and Raphael Patai.I do not think that Professor Gates completely read Michael Bradley’s The Iceman Inheritance...If Professor Gates has not read the works of the White pioneer scholars about the role of African people in world history, it stands to reason that he has no understanding of the senior Black scholars.....CLARKE HIMSELF SAYS THAT HE AND ALL OF THE MEN WHO TEACHES WHAT HE TAUGHT WERE BASING WHAT THEY WERE TEACHING ON the works of the White pioneer scholars about the role of African people in world history. NOTHING COULD BE CLEARER THAN THAT.SO THE ARGUMENT THAT THE REBUTTALS TO THESE TEACHINGS COME FROM WHITE PEOPLE AND NOT BLACK SCHOLARS SHOULD BE SUMMARILY DISMISSED AS A ROUSE AND AN ARGUMENT THAT HAS NO MERIT SEEING AS HOW THEIR FOREMOST TEACHER ADMITS TO SOLELY RELYING ON White pioneer scholars FOR THE BASIS OF WHAT HE TAUGHT.
