THIS HARVEST OF MASS MURDER MUST STOP !!!!!!! For us in the media, we receive sad stories of brutal attacks on citizens with so much pain. This unfortunate tragedy dominates our screen here in Nigeria, at a time President Jonathan continues to claim his govt is working so hard to bury the scourge, no doubt, with slow pace approach, in the words of commentators. This demonstration of wickedness gives way to nervous glances and collateral damage caused by the detonation of bombings, against social and moral code of ethical belief, anywhere in the world. Long I have thought, situations like this reminds us to keep hope alive, believe in this country, fight terrorism against all odds, with global community standing with Nigeria, side by side to fight this stream of madness, threatening humanity. Rather than elaborating the aftermath, I think forming a common front and agenda to make our dear country safer should be the responsibility of global media, if we must re-write history. Those responsible should realize this is evil and must not be a gospel of embrace on our national page. I believe in my country and that pledge is often dragged in the mud each time I behold those responsible not held accountable. This is not the image of my country, not the basis of our corporate entity. Its just a hard time our democratic process struggles to contain, leadership epilepsy, perhaps. But it will pass, I believe with God on our side, and the world in unity to end terrorism. We frown at terrorism here and it wont last. The only way to do the impossible, I understand is to believe, it is possible. This is a great country and those trying to frustrate our dear nation should realize no reason is good enough to terminate anyones life. This harvest of mass murder must stop !!!!!!!
