What we in those days to those leaders who inspire others and have them light on the road.. لقد كان النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم صاحب رؤية ملهمة في حياته , فقد كان خير مثال لصانع الرؤية الملهمة، ولعل موقف الخندق من أعظم المواقف التي تدلل على ذلك: فها هو النبي مع أصحابه في المدينة محاصرين، تجمع عليهم الأعداء من كل جانب، جموع والاف تنتظر علي مشارف المدينة في انتظار الهجوم عليهم وفي خضم المحنة ، يعترض طريق المسلمين في حفر الخندق صخرة عظيمة، لم يقدروا على إزالتها، فيهرعون إلى النبي صل الله عليه وسلم مستنجدين به في إزاحتها، فيشمر عن ساعده ، ويضرب الصخرة ثلاث ضربات، تتحول بعدها إلى فتات متناثر. ومع كل شرارة يحيي النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم الأمل في نفوس أصحابه ويرسم لهم معالم الرؤية المشرقة لمستقبل الإسلام، فيقول في الأولى: (الله أكبر، أعطيت مفاتيح الشام، والله إني لأبصر قصورها الحمراء الساعة)، ثم الثانية: (الله أكبر، أعطيت مفاتيح فارس، والله إني لأبصر قصر المدائن أبيض)، ثم الثالثة: (الله أكبر أعطيت مفاتيح اليمن، والله إني لأبصر أبواب صنعاء من مكاني هذه الساعة) فكانت كلماته صل الله عليه وسلم صانعة لرؤية عظيمة، أذكت همم الصحابة، ثم تتحقق الرؤية، ويتحول النموذج المصغر إلى حقيقة واقعة بعدها بسنوات قلائل، فيفتح الله على المسلمين حصون كسرى وقيصر واليمن. فما أحوجنا تلك الأيام الي هؤلاء القادة الذين يلهمون غيرهم ويكونون لهم نورا علي الطريق
