THIS is music, folks. This means more to me than anyone knows because it represents all of my passions. I LOVE rock musicians who need NO production, whatsoever. I LOVE Al Pitrelli and maintain that he is among the MOST underrated rock guitar players, as a writer, as an emotional shredder, AND as an acoustic player. I LOVE a soulful voice that needs NO post production wizardry in order to sound good. MOST importantly, Trans Siberian Orchestra was the first real date I ever went on with Molly Skye Brown...my current wife. Weve been through SO many ups and downs and will continue to experience the same...but this music always brings me back to the hope that I had when I first asked out my beautiful wife. Im still blown away that I, somehow, landed my dream girl. I was ready to give up because I felt unworthy but the universe had other plans. As stressful as this time of year tends to be, it has a special place in my heart because this weather, this music, and this spirit all combined to give me the rare confidence to approach the woman of my dreams and ask her join me on my roller coaster.
