THOUBAL, August 9: Students of Thoubal Leisangthem had organised a mass rally demanding the implementation of Inner Line Permit in Manipur and had resolved to stop providing any help to non-locals and not to buy any products from them as well today. The rally organised by JCILPS, Thoubal branch was participated by students of Leishangthem Public English School, TMK English School, Thoudam Leishangthem High School and HTPK English School, etc. The rally started from Thoudam Leishangthem and the demonstration proceeded around the area of Leishangthem Kelli Makhong and ended at its starting point.
