TIPPECANOE HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS Wednesday, September 4, 2013 MISCELLANEOUS Main lunch item choice today is Popcorn chicken, cheeseburger, or grilled chicken. Vegetable sides are mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, and carrots. You may take two fruits and two vegetables on your tray lunch. Fusian day is Thursday and it is a la carte only. It is not available as a tray lunch. The cost is $7.00 and you must purchase a coupon that is available in the middle line only then take the ticket to the Fusian table to pick up your Fusian. All lunch charges must be paid off to purchase the Fusian. Students who normally ride a shuttle bus and don’t have a pass yet please see Mrs. Gaier to get one. You will not be allowed to get on a shuttle bus without a pass. CLUBS The Interact Club informational meeting is this Thursday in the Tipp Park from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. If you want to attend, sign up outside of Mrs. Bernard’s room (220) today or see Elizabeth Walker. The THS Academic Quiz Team is starting up its season soon and we are having our first after school informational meeting this Thursday after school in Mr. Bellas’ Room 110. Quiz Team is open to all students, regardless of grade. We travel to many schools and are a year-round activity. Come see what we are all about this Thursday after school! Yearbook orders are being taken online and in school. They are the cheapest they will be all year. If you need an order form, stop by the information holder outside the office. Hurry, prices go up after Friday Sept. 13th. ATHLETICS Basketball players who are not in a fall sport , we will have a meeting at 2:50pm on Wednesday in the Commons. Attention returning softball players please be ready to attend a softball meeting in room 109 before school on Thursday meeting will start 7:20 - everyone needs to attend.
