TMI WARNING This post may contain more detail than youd like to know about my tonsils, and tonsil stones. Just letting you know. So, my left tonsil has been producing tonsil stones like crazy lately, but theyve all been pretty small compared to the first one I had. I have yet to see a single stone on the right side, as for some reason theyve all been on the left. As theyve become noticeable, Ive been removing them by palpating the tonsils with my finger until they come out. In the last two or three days, though, my left tonsil has been hurting with a weird sort of pain. Its not constant, and it sort of comes and goes. So, basically, Im on the fence about what to do about this. Im not sure if the pain is because Ive been fiddling with my tonsils more than they would probably like, or whether it means theres something deeper in there that I still need to get out. Damn you and your cavernous depths, tonsillar crypts!
