Shes a gorgeous girl who joined us as a stray and likely had a litter recently. Happy to be leashed and go for a walk, Scarlette potties immediately so is likely housetrained. She pulls slightly on the leash but is very in tune with her person, responsive to signals and anxious to please. She flinches a bit at loud noises on the street, which is a reflection at the moment that she is not entirely comfortable in her surroundings. She was tail waggingly happy to greet a staff member she knows, and calmly greets other dogs with an easy wag of her tail and a play bow. She offers her invitations quietly and shyly but its clear shes ready for a play date. Scarlette is a bit too thin and an additional 3-4 pounds on her lithe frame will suit her nicely. She takes treats hungrily but gently, comes when called and is very aware and alert to her surroundings. Shes so gentle and sweet, ready to find a home in which she can be pampered and loved as thats what she deserves.
