At only a year old, he has found his his way to the NYCACC as a stray. Friendly and with a great SAFER, he only has minor skin issues that the shelter is trying to help with. The great thing is that Kemar is only forty two pounds, such a manageable size. Things look so bright for this young pup, but the NYCACC is dimming another light.
