TODAY IS MY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! NO POP/SODA 1 one ago today I made a vow, a personal goal, that would take me an entire year to achieve. It was hardest the first three days. It was a struggle when I was tired and didnt want to continue. Self denial is not easy in a world of instant gratification. When I felt like whats the point? What difference is it making? What would one lil pop hurt. No one would k ow if I didnt tell...I realized the only one I would truly be letting down is my self. For many of you reading this you may think oh why are you maiking a big deal about being pop/soda free for one year? Because it was harder than quitting cigarettes...work doesnt cell your addition (unless u work in the convenience stores or walmart or other store) cigarettes are not on the menu at any restaurant...and its a habit I had been accustom to for near at least 35 years. It wasnt acheived all by my self several of you have talked me out of buying a pop when I felt week and felt like I might cave in. Thank you cheerleaders!
