TODAY marks HALFWAY! Day 3: Breakfast, ______, Lunch, _______, Dinner, _______!Can you fill in the blanks?? Today we will be talking about SNACKS! This is where a lot of people get tripped up. 100 calorie packs of thinsation cookies are NOT the same as 100 calories of fruits & veggies! It’s just as important to plan your snacks as it is to plan your meals. Snacks tend to be where people make spur of the moment decisions or give in to temptation. A scoop of chips here, a few M & M’s there…It adds up! There won’t be room for temptation though if your snacks are planned.
