TODAYS CARDIO WORKOUT! - pyramids! Every Saturday this winter I am running an hour live cardio class using video Skype. For people who are not sweat4health members and want to do the workouts with us, I will post the workouts here so you can do them own your own at your leisure. Here was today’s brutal workout courtesy of Mitch who suggested it! Its a one hour pyramid workout. All of us were on bikes but you could just as well do this workout on a treadmill, elliptical machine, or whatever. Jan 18 workout - 10 min warmup at 70% max heart rate - 2 min at max - 2 min at 70% max heart rate - 3 min at max - 90s at 70% max heart rate - 4 min at max - 60s at 70% max heart rate - 5 min at max - 2 min at 70% max heart rate - 4 min at max - 90s at 70% max heart rate - 3 min at max - 1 min at 70% max heart rate - 2 min at max - 45s at 70% max heart rate - 1 min at max - cooldown at 70% of max to finish hour scoobysworkshop/2014/01/18/weekly-saturday-cardio-workouts/
