TODAYS VERSE: But without faith it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him. For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out]. (Hebrews 11:6 AMP) I was going to post the King James Version because I love how it says dilligently seek him. But then I read the Amplified which says, diligently seek Him OUT! How many of us can say that we seek God out on a regular basis. This scripture is so powerful because just seeking Him out shows your faith in God. We seek Him because we believe in Him. We ask questions of Him because we know He will answer, whether we like the answer or not. We draw near to God because we know He is there. And we believe all these things not because we SEE Him, but because we BELIEVE God and His Word. So seek God today. Take some time out to listen quietly for His voice. By faith if you believe, God said you will be able to speak to mountains and they will be cast into the sea (ref... Mark 11:24)! When you diligently seek out God, He sees you operating in faith, and His reward is coming!! Hallelujah!!!
