TONIGHT - Saturday 15th March West End Movie: The Rocket The film will be screened at the Courthouse Gallery Gardens (16 Edgar Street, Port Hedland), with live music from 6pm and screening starting at 7pm. In the lead up to Harmony Day (Friday 21 March), this months West End Movie is Australian foreign language film, The Rocket. Based in Laos, the flim tells the tale of Ahlo, a boy who is blamed for every misfortune that befalls his family and village. In an effort to prove to everyone he is not unlucky, Ahlo enters the Rocket Competition, determined to make the biggest rocket anyone has ever seen. The Rocket is a heartwarming tale of what it means to belong and to be wanted, as well a tale of redemption and friendship. The Rocket is rated M.
