TONIGHT IN THE TEST KITCHEN: Bacon-Roasted Veggie Bisque with Tarragon Potato Croutons and Bacon topping. Ive been nursing an awful sore throat for a while due to the dry air in my apartment, so much that I went to the doctor today. I came home, took the meds, and started roasting veggies. Veggies + barley + whole sorghum roasting with bacon for about an hour, pureed and then topped with the potatoes as if they were croutons: bonus was the bacon on top.
