TOP 10 NCAA QUARTERBACKS 1. Johnny Manziel – Texas A&M 2. Tajh Boyd - Clemson 3. Aaron Murray - Georgia 4. Brett Hundley - UCLA 5. Jordan Lynch – Northern Illinois 6. David Fales – San Jose State 7. A.J. McCarron - Bama 8. Braxton Miller – Ohio State 9. Rakeem Cato – Marshall 10. Marcus Mariota - Oregon These guys are all on the cusp of Top 10. Stephen Morris - Miami Kolton Browning – UL- Monroe Derrek Carr – Fresno State Shane Carden – East Carolina Bryce Petty – Baylor Hands down when it comes to an all around Quarterback, Johnny Manziel takes the cake. Preseason rankings and you cant help but think the Heisman winner will not do what he did last year. People said it was because no teams had tape on him, but what about later in the season when teams still could not stop him. Those teams had tape on him, Bama had tape on him. Fact of the matter is, love him or hate him Johnny football, is the top quarterback in college heading into 2013! Here is my surprise pick, Brett Hundley, gets some Heisman nods and lands as number 1 at season end. What he did last year to turn around that UCLA program was enormous and will continue to do this season. Stephen Morris out of Miami could have an incredible year, but again in college football, the NFL style pocket passer does not stand out from the group of all around running Qbs. Another guy on my list is Connor Shaw out of South Carolina. Look for this guy to make some noise, incredible talent and has all the skill set to be a top tier qb.
