I cant thank you enough. I couldnt believe it when you had one of them within an hour and the second before the sun came up. I would highly recommend you to anyone that has a lost pet. You definitely know animals and how they behave. My family and I can now sleep through the night not worrying about our indoor cats being outside for over 5 days. Our cats have not left our side since their return. I am so glad that I got a hold of you while you were driving through the state of Virginia (state we live in), and stopping for the night. You were right when you said weather does not matter when locating a pet. I am going to pass on your contact information to friends, neighbors, local vets, shelters, and rescues in case they ever need your services. Thank you for all of your help, we really appreciate it! Wendi Delaney Dear Mr. Washington, Thank you very much for returning Stella home to us! Deb, Stellas sister Gracie, and myself, are relieved and grateful that she is safe and sound at home. We will recommend you to anyone who is searching for a lost pet without hesitation. Your professionalism and expertise are the reason Stella is home today. Just before Christmas, there were high winds in Atlanta. One night, two trees came crashing into the roof and back of our house causing damage. During the first week of January, contractors were working on fixing this damage. On a Thursday, the back gate was accidentally left open and Stella escaped from the backyard. This was two days before the worst snow storm in 10 years would shut down Atlanta. We searched for Stella intensively for the next eleven days. On the twelfth day, we found out about Mr. Washington via an Internet search and contacted him. He drove to Atlanta the next afternoon with his two dogs and began his work. He worked that afternoon, throughout the night and into the next early morning. At 7AM, our cell phone rang. It was a lady who had picked up our Stella two days after she escaped a block from our home. She had taken Stella home with her (to another nearby town) and cared for her during this time. She saw Mr. Washingtons truck while driving her daughter to school (located near our home) and stopped to talk to him. Words cannot express the grief and worry that you stopped by bringing Stella home. Be safe, Kelly Resignola, Deb Lickhalter, Gracie & Stella ------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As we were preparing to leave the hospital (we were almost six months along in our pregnancy, no heartbeat was found.) We were told that while our family was at our home the somehow let our cat out. This was the icing on the cake; we had been through so much and now had to come home to our missing cat! Once home we were on a mission and went to every vet, animal shelter and rescue program with fliers. Our whole neighborhood as on a search for our cat and we had posted water proof posters with his picture and our address. After 8 days of him missing we were becoming desperate and somehow got this link to Carls page and my husband called. Carl dropped everything he was doing and got our plan together. He told us that if we did what he said that we would have our cat home within 24 hours. At 10:30 we got our last email from him and went to buy all the supplies. Thursday evening operation Yanni went into full effect! There was 5 of us tracking through woods areas and baiting all storm drains in our neighborhood. At 10:02 pm, with 28 minutes to spar we walked in our door with our cat in our arms!!! After 9 days he was back home and acting just like he never left! He was exactly where Carl said he would be. Thank you so much. With your help we were able to see the light at the end of the tunnel and now have our family back together!!! Everyone we tell our story to is speechless and we have our sense of normalcy coming back! David and Cynthia . PET DETECTIVE. Hello, I am sure that my case will stick out in your mind for years to come anytime you deal with an overreacting/dumb customer. Glad to provide many future laughs! I on the other hand, will forget the past three days of my life as soon as I hit send on this email so that I can can back to my normal life. But no amount of money was worth more than the cat to my gf, Cindy, who thanks you from Taiwan, where she is visiting her family, and I wont have to hear her cry about how the cat may be dead or run over by a car. Next time-there wont be one because the little bastard is never leaving our home again, I will know what to do and will be able to reason with my gf to have some patience. I know how to track animals now and dont need to hire anyone but myself and she knows this now. My gf sees the cat as a human child so you helped to save her baby. Thanks again.
