**TOP TIP** Perfectly Rolled Fondant... Always use a silicone rolling pin when rolling out your fondant. Fondant does not stick to silicone, so ditch your wooden rolling pins! We prefer rolling our fondant onto Trex (white vegetable fat), we never roll onto icing sugar as it can leave unsightly marks and can dry your fondant out. Never flip your fondant over. Roll your fondant a few times then turn it around 90°, roll again and repeat the process, youre aiming for a circle shape around 5mm thick. And there you have it! Perfect rolled fondant for covering your cakes. CakeBaker x
