TRIBUTE TO RITU PROSENJIT CHATTERJEE is set to name his Ballygunge house Utsab,as a tribute to Rituparno Ghosh.Utsab,which starred Prosenjit in the lead,had won the National Award for Best Direction in 2000.I want to keep him alive forever;Ritu has been a phenomenon in the Indian film industry.Of course,his work is there to talk for itself,but this was my way of showing him respect.It is not the house,but the kind of relationship that Ritu and I shared.It is too early to say that Ritu is past and he is no more.He has been a family member and so Arpita and I thought of keeping Ritu with us forever.We shared a relationship like that of a guru and shishya, shared Prosenjit.The actor added,Utsab has many memories.When I had met Ritu,I was already a big star in Bengal.But he has seen me grow in the last few decades.
