TRIED AND TRUSTED AZTEC MEXICAN CHILE PEPPER SPICED HOT CHOCOLATE!! MUST TRY THIS!! SOMETHING I HAVE ADAPTED FROM A RECIPE! 1 Cup hot milk 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder - or fresh 1/4 teaspoon hot chile powder - or fresh if you dare, more or less to taste 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Some cloves if you want ;) 3 tablespoons Hintz Cocoa powder from Carrefour or more... Whipped cream if your greedy like me Sugar to taste Chocolate and hot chili combine VERY well and this drink will blow your socks off and is truly easy and gourmet. If you wanted to you can exclude the chile powder and just make it into a spiced drink that will help you with the flu. The ancient Aztecs made a frothy drink of cocoa and chili, I can pull up the original recipe which is thousands of years old if anyone wants...but this is the yummy version..
