TROOPS! This Wednesday there are two choices for your Boot Camp vacation runs: Discovery Park in Magnolia or Green Lake. Rachel and Pete will be leading at Discovery and theyll meet ya at 6PM t the south parking lot. Theyll take you through the Loop Trail with stops for abs and upper body sets. Althea (AKA Jamaica) and Pamela will be at Green Lake and will lead you around the lake with similar stops. All of the above just finished a leisurely but good workout around Green Lake. Post here which place you think youll be so they can keep an eye out for ya (and if you need directions). Have fun! Sgt. Mike
