Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray then put a thin layer of taco sauce in the bottom. Place the manicotti on the sauce then cover the shells with remaining sauce. Cover dish w/ foil, bake at 350o for 45 min; remove foil, top with shredded cheese and crushed Doritos; bake another 10 min or until pasta is soft and cheese is melted. If you divided your meal in half; bake in an 8x8 dish, take 5-10 min off cooking time.
