Tag a mate with no pulling power... To reach physical goals and improve your bodys performance, focus on gradual progression. Here Im trying to improve my pull up strength by going through different stages of difficulty. Starting with assisted right through to some more challenging resisted exercises. I couldnt quite get the resisted muscle up though, too weak! Im incorporating Circuband into my sessions as much as possible to better my athletic performance and image.
