Tailgate is set: Spot #56 on the tarmac (funny thats the one we were given randomly... as the SAE 1856 thing;) Got the two big blue tents, smoker, fryer, parking passes, seats on the 50. Friends and family and fraternity on the way. A football team whos offense is starting to click. A puny; in-state opponent., A defense that kicks ass...takes names...and follows the opponents home and kicks their dogs ass...and a QB who just might be one of the finest to grace our beloved field. Menu is set at smoked, candied pork loin, baked beans, fried crab fritters (3 different flavors), fried stuffed shrimp, 1/4 lb hot dogs and plenty of cold beverages.
