Taking a mid-weight-loss-campaign break. After losing 40 pounds since May 22, I started feeling a bit weak. I guess it was a major shock to the system. So I started a one-week break last Friday and just maintained at 208 pounds. But nose to the grindstone picks back up tomorrow. 1200 calories a day and kick-butt gym workouts will see me to me 195-pound goal by the end of September! Then I say hello again to my long-closeted skinny wardrobe! A full "new" wardrobe at no additional charge!!
