I walk my dogs up Lantern Lane, and when they take a dump I religiously pick it up. Yet there are some owners, those who think they are slightly higher class than us mere mortals, who think it is beneath them to perform this duty. Today I saw a lady leave her dogs mess where it had dropped it, and when I reproached her she replied that she thought someone was paid to do this chore, despite there being a sign not 10 feet away asking owners to clean up after their dog. On the one occasion I forgot to take my phone this happens, otherwise there would have been a video on its way to the council. People like this.......article.... piss me off no end.
