Taking a moment to reflect on the days coverage my heart goes out to Brandon Carls family! This 35 year old father of four was going out doing his job for his family and was killed while doing his job. As the son and grandson of road construction workers you always know they are taking a risk but know they take safety first and look out for each other. Construction families are very close as these men and women trust others to always double check and triple check. The investigation will continue for months, but lets not forget the next time you drive by a construction crew, slow down and let them do there jobs !
