Today, she’s a nationally known Les Brown Platinum Speaker, TV Personality, Artist and travels throughout the country teaching life lessons and how to live a “No Excuse Lifestyle.” Tawana was born without arms and impaired use of her legs in 1963 and has never let her disability stop her. Her compelling story is one of triumph, perseverance and determination. We are proud of where we are and the vision of what’s to come and it shall come to pass… Our beginning goal is to raise $200,000.00 for the first phase of the ‘Movie.’ At this time, we are asking two hundred thousand friends to donate at least $1.00 for the first phase of the vision. Currently, we are also accepting all donations of any amount; nothing’s too small or large. We are confident that after the ‘Movie’ is released and in Theaters, lives will be changed because Tawana’s story captivates, motivates and eliminates all excuses in the lives of people and we believe that you will help us make this happen. Our ultimate goal is to shoot many scenes of the ‘Movie’ in Tawana Williams’ hometown of Wilson, North Carolina. However, there maybe a scene or two in your town; you never know. This ground breaking opportunity can be a win-win situation for all that participate and If you’d like to be apart of the Fundraising/Benefits portion of the vision, we’re presently Campaigning with our 50/50 Campaign drive. This is how it works, We raise the Funds with a Benefit Concert/Event that will last about 2-3 hours for the Cause/Organization ‘The Movie’ and after the travel expenses/hotel fees are paid, we (You/Your Organization and ‘The Movie’) split the Funds 50/50; this is definitely win-win for all. Now, once the money is raised there will be a casting call and job opportunities for others to showcase their talents in different communities. In essence, we need the support of many cities including the City of Wilson, North Carolina The Mayor Mr. Bruce Rose, The City Manager Mr. Grant Goings, delegates, other constituents, community leaders, professional business owners, the media and many communities around the country to make the vision work.
