Teachers, I understand your plight, overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. It needs to change but if you start the year with a group of students please dont quit mid year for greener pastures. There are the kids to consider. In all likelihood if you are sought after then you are good at what you do and you will progress to that dream job in due time. Unfortunately you have likely made an impression and have now bailed on someone who was counting on you to guide them through the school year and beyond. Not all students can shrug this type of abandonment off so the least you can do is commit to a year. This is about the kids isnt it?
