In today’s meeting after our mission Cleanliness at Paliwal Park it was decided as under- Next Cleanliness drive will be at Bhagwan Talkies under Bridge. • It was agreed this cleanliness drive will be done for whole of August or till the work is complete. • Shri Pradeep Khandelwal and Shri Anil Sharma- will drive the activity, monitor and will do total planning, allocate work and will ensure that this project is done effectively. They will visit NHAI office and will discuss and seek permission if required. They will inform authorities if required. This job will be allocated to team member. • Following allocation of work was done. • Shri Dua and Shri Johari will visit Gurudawara, today itself to get logistic support from Team Gurudawara. Shri Dua will organize for ladder. • Shri Girish Anjan will be incharge of cleaning at the site. He will make his team and will organize for 10 Jhadus with bamboo for cleaning work. • Press note will be made by Shri Anand Rai and will be released to different newspaper, so as to ensure that this cleaning initiative has been taken by Team India Rising. • We have to put Banner- this will be organized by Shri Vikas and Shri Johari. They will organize for the funds also for this activity. • Mr.Pradeep Agarwal will organize for refreshment. • There will be shapath patra filling- this will be organized by Shri Dua. Ms.Fatima Khan and Shri Vikas sister will form team. All logistics to be organized by Shri Dua- printing, writing equipments etc, place to sit etc. • It was decided that team will put suggestion in the Group. This will be analyzed by Shri Pradeep and Shri Anil, then after it will be put in action.
