Point of escalation for login and disbursement to Area Manager Achieving Team Targets assigned to him/her. Market Performance, Knowledge, and Share of market, ensure targets are met Ensures cross sales Conducting Team Meeting, review of Team performances and their Targets. Recruitment of BDE/Executives Eligibility Should be minimum B passed with an inclination towards sales. Should have 0.6-2 years of work experience. Prior experience of working in home loan/mortgages department is a must and would be an added advantage Prior Team Handling is a must. Age limit is upto 39 years. Package – Up to 2.16 as salary plus incentives.
