**Team Member Night Receptionist Required** **Travelodge, Doncaster** As a Team Member with Travelodge your main priority will be to make our customers feel warm & welcome during their stay. We are known for providing excellent customer service and if you would like to join our team keeping the customer happy must be the most important thing to you too. You will need to: · Be friendly and helpful at all times. · Listen to our customers and happily assist with any queries they might have. If you can’t help, you’ll find someone who can. · Learn about what’s happening in your hotel and the local area and share this with the rest of your team. · Keep our customer’s safe by being aware of any potential problems. Your main duties will be to: · Welcome our customers to the hotel - check them in and make any reservation changes as required. · Complete day-to-day administrative tasks on time and accurately. · Follow our procedures, when dealing with customer bookings, cash reconciliation, security and stock. · Maintain a clean and tidy Hotel for the customers and the rest of your team. · Work cross functionally when required. · Support your Manager to achieve the scorecard targets.
