Wake me Up has been a theme song for team over the last 18 months of training, and it was an easy choice as the official team dock out song that is played when they leave and arrive ports around the world. The song and accompanying video was officially launched this morning and marks the start of a nine month journey around the world for the 14 strong squad of Team SCA. “We wanted to have a song that really meant something to us, and this was a song that seemed to always come up when times have been tough or when we were celebrating. It holds a huge amount of memories. The Swedish connection with Avicii makes it all the more special, and we are really excited to be able to cover this iconic track and proud to have it as our theme song over the next nine months,” commented Annie Lush. #teamscasong #weareteamsca
