Technical Interview Tips: REAL TIME PERFORMANCE Flaunting your knowledge and experience through CV is a simple task.Many students come to me with the cumbersome information in their CVs with x years of experience and y kind of skills.But the feedback from the company people after interview is that they didnt know the basics or could not deliver it well. -Communication is a deal-breaker. -Companies are not bothered about your brilliance if you cant convey it to them during the interview. -The performance that matters is in the real time. -Be a little aggressive in convincing.If possible use the Whiteboard to express your knowledge in a better way. -Many times you are given sufficient chance to prepare a presentation on a topic.Here your presentation skills will matter the most.Here your technical and communication skills are equally important.
