Technique for Health: Do this when you are quiet; as in the beginning of a meditation or falling off to sleep. Tune into your body. If you hear the thumping of your heart quite loud, it wants you to give it attention. Talk to it like you would a friend or a plant. Just say hi and notice it as you would a friend. Feel the love and gratitude from it as it gets acknowledged. Go through all the components of your body that are calling to you for attention. One by one acknowledge them and exchange love. That is all these parts of the body want so they can continue to work diligently for you. It is the difference between having happy parts or disgruntled workers. Giving love to each area will bring a congruency to the bod that may not have been realized before. Send love to every twinge of pain and release any little hiccups of burden. The oil in a well oiled machine is the love. Oil your body with the love.
