Teddy M Hodges is seeking the office of Mayor for Herriman City, - TopicsExpress

Teddy M Hodges is seeking the office of Mayor for Herriman City, UT. He is looking for the trust of the people to become their voice for this great city. Herriman is going through some great changes with growth in housing, streets, infrastructure, schools, business and population. With the projected plans in place I believe that we will continue to grow. As projected from the Jordan School District they will need 18 new schools in the next 10yrs. We will need these schools there is no question about that. How we pay for them is the question. Teddy will help support the District in their decision. He believes there are other options that will lift the burden from the residence of Herriman and the tax payers. Teddy knows how hard the people of Herriman have worked to build their city. They have used their hard earned money to build this city. Each time that taxes rise is puts a burden on them. With the growth that we currently have the city will need to spend more money, your tax dollars. The majority of which is paid by you. Teddy knows that we can change this with more Economic Development in the correct areas of Herriman. He knows that we can create a larger tax base with commercial businesses, this is one way to ease the burden of taxes from the people of Herriman. Teddy knows how important community is having grown up in a small town. Herriman is a great place to live and raise a family we all love the small town feel. This is one thing we need to work at to preserve by collectively managing our growth. Teddy is a Peoples Mayor, elected by the people for the people. He knows and understands his role as mayor. He believes that your voice should be heard and he will listen. As a business owner he knows what types of struggles could come from having a full time career and part time mayor position. He knows that there are needs of the city and people at any given hour. If you need to reach him you can call him on his cell phone at 801-850-7688. You are welcome to ask him questions and voice concerns. If you happen to miss him you can leave a message knowing that you will get a response at his earliest convenience.
