Tehran: State Security Guards and city hall agents vandalized shops in a mall Dozens of state security guards and city hall inspectors raided Aladdin shopping mall in Tehran at 2 o’clock in the morning on Friday, Jan. 2nd destroying two complete floors at this multi-story shopping center. The city hall demolition team backed by the security forces had gathered in front of the shopping mall from hours earlier with heavy hammers and other demolition equipment. At an instant the order was given to destroy floors 3 and 7 of this shopping mall and the demolition teams entered the mall group by group tearing down and destroying the entire place as it is shown in these photos. The move was pre-planned and organized by the city hall and all entrances to the street leading to this shopping center were closed and all traffics were halted. The security guards forced the shop owners to leave the premises while demolition teams were bringing down the entire section.
