Terrible accident out near my place on SH1 at Cherry Lane this morning. The highway was deathly quiet....took me a little while to figure out what was wrong, then I realised as I was opening the blinds that there was no traffic jam on the front boundary. Big detours in place, traffic backed up on Matangi Road/Newells Road, but hey, getting to where ever you need to go late is better than those who never made it this morning. Makes you think. Good reminder for me to slow down, and be more careful....at least I can :(
