Terrible bus crash on I-5 last night. 7 people got killed. Sounds like a Fed Ex truck drifted through the median and hit a bus head on. Plz listen closely as I have over a million miles of driving experience and think outside the box. You shouldnt drive when you are tired and or overnight. BUT if you have to do it, understand that loud music, having the window down, coffee, and 17 other things you can do, do not keep you awake or alive. The only thing I have ever found that actually works apart from sleep? Turn your dome light on. Yeah I know it sounds goofy but it opens up your field of vision and gets you out of that tunnel. It gives your eyes something to focus on. Plus, if you get pulled over for it, that will wake you up for a while too! Truckers arent even good at staying up all night driving and youre no trucker. Plz be careful.
