Terrible customer service story from Yahoo. I have a small business Yahoo account. My credit card was breached and I got a new one. That was several months ago. Yahoo wants to shut my business down because my credit card is not valid. I should up date it. BUT YOU MUST HAVE all the details of the now no longer active credit card to change it. Catch 22, I have no old information. So I call customer service who warns me with the standard all company BS warning due to unusually high volume it may tak some time to handle your call. I wait for 10 minutes and suddenly a voice says, we can not handle your call go to our website. I was responsible for customer service twice in my career. That combination of a useless website and a phone that is not answered has to be the worst I have ever encountered. Now a feel better having shared this with you
