Thailand travel advisory [updated 29 May 2014, 4pm] Hi everyone, in view of the current situation in Thailand, the following facilities are extended to passengers who made their bookings on or before 19 May 2014 for travel to/from any Thailand destinations on Tigerair Singapore between 29 May 14 to 30 June 14: • change their travel dates free of charge. Fare difference, if any, applies. • a free change to another destination. Fare difference, if any, applies. • cancel their current booking and get a flight credit valid for 1 month. Such flight credit is only redeemable through the call center. Travel must be completed within 3 months from the original travel date.
