Thailands legal system is destroying not only its legitimacy and democracy, but the very basic of the rule of law too, that is the social contracts which enable the rule of law itself. Those who are in courts may believe that theyre delivering verdicts based on law, but what they are actually doing is a coup. They are by far more irrational than military officers who at least have to care about the existence of the army. Theyre certainly digging a huge grave hole for their own country.
