Thank u Lord for this day, getting me through yesterday, back to back days in court this wk on a client who has Probation out of two different sections turned into a very interesting two days going back & forth from section to section w/the attorney trying to persuade me why I shouldnt Revoke his client. Well lets see, two Probations in two different courts (client recd at two different points in time), non compliant w/both, went missing in action on me twice, arrested on new charges during the course of the first Probation this is when client recd the second Probation, now in jail not only on my requested Capias after failure to comply the second go round but arrested on new charges again. So lets see Revoke or not to Revoke, HUM Really & u trying to convince me to give your client a third try cause client need help w/issues. Well, as I told the court I was client appointed Caseworker, most importantly I am a Social Worker resources are available to our clients, we see to it they are assisted to address whatever issues they are having if they comply. Again I tell my clients I do not like being the bad guy so dont put me in that position or yourself in that position, court sentenced you to Probation its your responsibilty to do what u need to according to the rules & supervision of the program. This mater to be continued at a later date pending current status situation. OK I will see u in court again in a month, as I stated no change in my status w/your client. I JUST NEED A LITTLE MENTAL BREAK RIGHT NOW. HAVE A GOOD ONE FBF. :-)
