Saxophonist Jimmy Greenes new CD, BEAUTIFUL LIFE, celebrates the life, love & spirit of his 6-year-old daughter, Ana Márquez-Greene, whose life was tragically taken 2 years ago today, along with 25 others, at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, CT. On the album, Kurt sings Anas Way, along with the Linden Christian School Early Years Choir, former classmates of Ana & her brother Isaiah. Jimmy says, Many people have asked what they can do to help, and this is my answer. Lets remember what happened at Sandy Hook. We can each hold up our end of the bargain, which is to somehow learn to love ourselves, and then see past ourselves and love our neighbor. Thats pretty simple, but if we all did it, I think our existence would be different.
