A huge thank you to Chef Wes and Penny for providing the most delicious private cook our catch lobster dinner for our friends and family last week. Without a doubt the best lobster dishes, sides and appetizers I have ever had! Not only did the food and presentation greatly exceed my expectations, so did the professionalism of the entire process from menu planning, onsite cooking & serving to after-dinner clean up. Every detail was handled with ease, efficiency, expertise!! Chef Wes is a true gift to the Florida Keys community!
